We always set out ourselves high standards of our activity – from widening our offer and adjusting it to the market needs of the Clients, through elevating the quality of Client’s service to constant improving our skills and widening knowledge.
Listening skills
We listen to our Clients and always eagerly interview them in order to identify their needs, possibilities and demands. We know from our own experience that even the smallest element of IT infrastructure, in a small or big company, can have a strategic meaning. Therefore every client is equally important to us.
Responsibility
We know that the value of our competences is measured with our Clients and their Clients or, in case of public institutions, with the society’s trust. Therefore with full awareness we put lots of effort into studying the environment of specific infrastructure and the context of its functioning, so it could fulfil its goals as good as possible. We’re not afraid of taking the risk and we also carry out projects which are a challenge - we always look before we leap off course. We undertake important commitments – quite often we take part in open public tenders (auctions) and we win them, becoming the contractor of some kind of project.
Flexibility
In our offer we have solutions suitable for small and big companies, and also high-end solutions adapted for corporate institutions. As one of the few distributors in IT industry we offer not only new technologies, but also models and options from the older product lines.
Purchasing compatible elements is often the only solution which allows for saving the whole infrastructure without the necessity of investing in totally new one. We never expose our Clients for inessential costs, however we know in which moment it’s crucial to convience the Client for infrastructure modernization. Initial costs are very quickly compensated by the effectiveness growth. With essential knowledge and experience we’re always one step ahead of our Clients, looking forward to the future for them and searching for solutions which are best adjusted to their development paths.

History
The Beginning
The MADU company was started in 1996. Six years later, in 2002, it was transformed into civil company run by Maciej Durak and Jarema Ostańkowicz. Since 2002 MADU S.C has been IBM Business Partner strictly connected with innovative server solutions based mainly on the portfolio of the leader in IT industry – IBM.
New brand
In 2010 MADU launched the 112it.pl Group - a new brand. This virtual platform is primarily intended to present a wide range of IT solutions delivered by two market leaders: IBM and HP. We direct our effort towards designing new standards in providing advanced IT solutions.
MADU becomes a leader
The yearly turnover increase and a large number of satisfied clients who trusted us, made us become convinced that we are the leader in our branch. In 2010 achieved turnover rate strengthened our position in the area of IT integrators, “The Highest Sales in IBM Run Rate in Poland” award confirms this fact.

2011 - the year of many changes and dynamic growth
In June 2011 we became IBM Premier Business Partner and gained System x speciality. Moreover we gained Power Systems, Storage and System x sales authorization.

In November 2011 MADU S.C. has changed its legal entity and became MADU SC Limited Liability Company
Limited Partnership. Our dynamic growth concerned not only financial success but also the number of our team members which became higher. This was one of the many reasons why
we changed two times the location of our Sales Office - the present one is at Żmigrodzka 93b, Wrocław.
New image
The present website, new logo and image is the sign of our new, dynamically evolving company identity. We owe this to our young team of specialists, who are perfectionists in their disciplines, and to our Clients, who assign us new directions of development.
The completely new image confirms our innovative and unusual attitude on our market to cooperate with our Clients.

In the year of 2010 MADU with IBM SOLUTIONS company, run by Michał Wojda, launched a new brand and website named 112it.pl Group. The main purpose of this virtual platform is to serve as a place to introduce the full offer including the two biggest IT industry leaders which are IBM and HP. Our present actions are directed towards setting out new standards in fast delivery of highly advanced IT server & storage solutions.

Our mission
Our mission is to maintain high availability of server options and to deliver advanced server and storage solutions, which are basis for business activity nowadays and to create even more possibilities of our Clients’ development. We design advanced IT architectures and structures, delivering high class hardware and improving its functioning through a wide range of our services based on server solutions.
Our vision
We already are the leader regarding to the volume of solutions sales. Our present aim is to become a leader with regard to delivering broad spectrum of services based upon highly effective server architectures. We know that a lot of innovative solutions are still not implemented because of the absence or low level of knowledge about them. We desire to ease the development of Polish business through technological and substantial support for our Clients. We create and implement new standards of IT ecosystem –the one which is optimal for functioning of the companies and institutions and takes into consideration their dynamic growth.
Location and operating range
Our residence is in Wrocław, the city which invests in development of new technologies, has the strategy of building the economy based on knowledge and created friendly environment for investors in IT industry. Nevertheless we do not restrict ourselves only to Wrocław city – we are operating throughout Poland. The distance is not a problem for our Experts and IT Engineers. 112it Rescue Team is able to quickly get in any place in the country to provide support and services in maintaining IT architectures.
Our team
We work in a young dynamic team which values honesty, openness, trust. An on-going process of learning, gaining new skills, and the ability to make radical decisions – these are advantages which significantly affect efficiency and security of existing solutions. We have la huge sense of humour which is inestimable during the long work hours spent in server room. We also try to integrate with our Clients by organising common training course initiatives.
