3) On 9th November 2011 the Partnership was registered in Companies House (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy); reference no. 0000401049,

4) VAT Number and Register Company Number (REGON) has not changed

On the day of registration into the Companies House the Partnership became obligated to perform all its legal duties. It applies to all documents, inter alia to the commercial invoices and agreements.
